New homes for Eversley

June 2017.

CEMEX UK is developing proposals for up to 180 new homes, on the land south of Reading Road and to the west of Hollybush Lane at Eversley Centre.

Our evolving proposals for a sustainable development of new housing—including a retirement community—will help meet Hart District Council’s current shortfall in the provision of new homes for the district.

One unique feature of the development will be the opening up of further green open space for community use to the south of the new housing. This land on Hollybush Farm, is bounded by Lower Eversley Copse and Chequers Lane.

We are now at the master planning stage and are seeking local community feedback on our emerging plans before submitting a planning application.

A copy of the community newsletter giving outline details to these plans and circulated in early June to local residents, can be seen by clicking on the link below.

A Public Exhibition on these proposals was held in Eversley Village Hall on Saturday 17th June 2017.
If you were unable to attend the exhibition, here is an opportunity to review the display boards about the proposed development. Please click on the link on the documents panel.

There is also a downloadable Feedback Form that relates to the content of the display boards. We suggest that you review the display boards before you submit your feedback. Please click on the link on the documents panel.

To return your Feedback Form, please either scan and return as an attachment to planninggb@cemex.com or post to CEMEX UK Eversley Consultation, Local Engagement, Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NQ.

The deadline for returning Feedback Forms is 1st July 2017.
